Silver Stag's Chardonnay is hand crafted from grapes grown on premiere vineyards in Napa Valley’s cooler growing regions stretching from Oakville to Carneros. A light golden straw color greets you with fresh a bright bouquet of green apple, pear, tropical fruit and citrus. Crisp acidity and lush mouth feel combine to deliver rich flavors of apple, melon, spice, lemon, caramel, with light oak and vanilla notes. The finish is long, balanced, and smooth lingers on the palate. Perfect complement to fowl, seafood mild cheeses and light pasta dishes.

The color is light and golden, the esters are noticable and pleasant. Initial tasting are crist and slightly acidic with spice and apple. The finish is long, balanced and very enjyable. This is definitely in our top 10 Chardonnays. We will be looking for more!

Yummy. Rich and smooth. Some weight. Works will with buttery crab and cioppino. Yumm. . .
