The palate is rich, dense and lush with concentrated flavors of cassis, dark fruit, black licorice, roasted coffee , dried violets, and a hint of dark chocolate. The long elegant finish is complex, with a firm tannin structure and earthiness that compliment layered flavors of black fruit, spice and mocha. Incredibly approachable and elegant, yet will age well for 15+ years.
